Orders & Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA with a large majority of our orders being delivered in 2-8 business days from shipping out.
We do ship to select international countries at the moment and are working on expanding our service for international destinations in the future.

We do! We offer Free Standard Shipping in the US for orders of $75+.
We do offer expedited shipping options based on where the order is shipping to. You can enter your delivery address during checkout to view any available expedited options.
Since we do offer international shipping to select countries throughout the world, you can see all of our available international shipping options during checkout after entering the delivery address.
Please keep in mind that any duties, tariffs, or customs fees associated with the delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and due to the high cost of providing international shipping, these orders are ineligible for complimentary exchanges or returns.
Our team fulfills orders from Mondays - Fridays apart from major holidays and we place all orders on a 6 hour hold just to account for any updates to the order by the customer prior to shipping.
Once an order has shipped, we’ll share a shipping confirmation along with the tracking details just so that it can be tracked every step of the way.
In most cases, yes!
We’re always happy to add an extra item or change the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped out.

If you’ve received a delivery notification but aren’t able to locate your order, here is some additional information directly from customers who have been able to locate their shipments in the past:
In the event that a delivery driver is unable to deliver a shipment to the door or mailbox, their next step is to leave the package in a safe and secure location. This could be behind a gate or fence, or somewhere on the front or back porch of your mailing address.
We’ll sometimes see where delivery drivers will scan a package as delivered before it actually is. In cases like this, these packages will typically be delivered within 1-3 days of receiving a delivery notification.

If your order is being returned to us, the first step is to reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com just to let us know along with your original shipping address so we can confirm it with the carrier.
Once confirmed, we’ll work with our shipping team to reship your order as soon as it’s returned to us.
If it looks like your order could be delayed or lost in transit (a good example of this would be if your tracking number has not been updated in 5 or more business days), please reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com to let us know.
We’ll start a trace with the carrier just to see if they have any additional information that we can share and work with them directly ensuring that your order is delivered.
Shipping Protection is an option that you can choose during checkout. This protects your order from any case in the off chance that your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen while it is in transit.
Flat rate shipping to USA: US$8, usually 2 to 8 business days
Shipping is FREE on orders over US$75. This refers to First Class USPS for USA. Shipping is 2-8 business days.
We ship to select international countries at a flat rate of US$15. Shipping time varies but can be up to 60 business days. We thank you for your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
As long as the items you’d like to return are still unworn and brand new (any items must be in their original packaging and/or the original tags are still attached to the product), we’re happy to help you start an exchange or return within 30 days from your order being delivered.
Please note that international shipments are ineligible for return and that due to the nature of our products (socks & underwear), some styles may be ineligible for return.
Any products that are marked as Final Sale are of course final sale and are ineligible for return.
Because of the delicate nature of our products and with hygiene in mind, we’ve put this policy in place just to ensure that any items included in an order are brand new and have never been worn prior to delivery.
In order to start an exchange or return, please reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com with your original order number along with the specific styles and quantity that you wish to return.
Please also confirm whether or not these items are still in brand new/unworn condition (in the original packaging with any original tags still intact) just so we can get started immediately on helping get one started.
We’re happy to provide a complimentary exchange for another size or product or an exchange for store credit of the original purchase price of the product.
If you’re returning for a refund, we do deduct $8.50 in the US and $9.50 in Canada from the total amount refunded to partially cover the cost of the return. These costs include the return label itself, processing the return once it’s received, and restocking any items that were returned to us.
Please reach out to let us know along with the items you're exchanging your original items for at hello@qforquinn.com on the following business day once you’ve dropped off your return with the carrier.
We’ll confirm that the return shipment is in transit and then create your new order for you!
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll then process it and issue a refund less the return fee along with any additional fees from your original order (this includes shipping protection and/or shipping fees)
We’ll send you a refund confirmation once your refund has been completed, but this typically takes 3-5 business days from the time the refund has been issued to show back up on your account.

Since no two feet are the same, we’ve created several different compositions from high-quality natural materials just so you can feel great about what you’re wearing!
Our cotton socks come in two compositions, a 100% organic cotton composition and a 98/2 (98% organic cotton 2% elastane) composition.
You will find that the 98/2 compositions offer more stretch and are more fitted given the small amount of elastane used.
We carry two compositions in our merino wool socks: our 84/13/3 composition (84% Merino Wool, 13% Organic Cotton, 3% Elastane) and our 85/13/2 composition (85% Merino Wool, 13% Recycled Polyester, and 2% Elastane).
Please note, we are constantly innovating to improve the performance and durability of our socks and our compositions can vary over time. Please refer to the "Fabric & Fit" section of the product/s you are interested in for accurate information on each style.
For Merino Wool, we currently carry a 84/13/3 composition (84% Merino Wool, 13% Organic Cotton, 3% Elastane), as well a 85/13/2 composition (85% Merino Wool, 13% Recycled Polyester, and 2% Elastane).
Our socks typically have 3 types of weights - lightweight, midweight, and heavyweight
For hot weather and high-energy activities, we’ve found our Lightweight Styles to be a really great fit! These styles provide minimal insulation and are often made from breathable materials just to keep your feet cool throughout the day.
Our Merino wool lightweight socks offer great breathability and moisture-wicking properties - helping to prevent overheating and blisters.
For more moderate activities and slightly cooler weather, we typically recommend any of our Midweight styles. These offer a really great balance of insulation and breathability - making them extremely versatile for different and changing conditions.
Our Midweight merino wool socks provide an excellent blend of comfort and temperature regulation, perfect for just about anything you have planned for your day.
Finally, we’ve designed our Heavyweight styles with cold weather and low-intensity activities like hiking specifically in mind.
These provide the maximum amount of both insulation and cushioning - keeping feet warm and comfortable in even the harshest of conditions.
A great example of this would be our Organic heavyweight socks, offering an exceptional level of comfort and warmth when the weather takes a turn for the worst.
For Adults - we typically recommend sizing down since we’ve seen more success in the past with this recommendation when we get asked this question.
For Kids - we’ll typically recommend sizing up since we both know that it won’t be too long before they’ve grown out of one size and are on to the next!
We’ve built our 1st Pair Guarantee to provide new customers with a way to find the perfect fit and size from the very start.
If you receive your order and end up needing another size or style - we’ll create a store credit for the purchase price of one pair of underwear or socks from your order that you can then apply to a future order during checkout.
Unfortunately, due to all of the costs associated with shipping out a single order (we incur multiple fees when shipping out an order along with the actual cost of the shipping label which is typically around 50% of what we currently charge for shipping), we can’t include the cost of shipping when creating a store credit.
Our socks are manufactured in Portugal and all of our underwear styles are manufactured in India.
We’ve searched the world over for the best production partners for our products and have consistently worked with suppliers that are both family-owned and committed to manufacturing products in a sustainable and ethical way.
An overwhelming majority of the materials that we use are locally sourced in their country of origin or in neighboring countries just to minimize our global footprint as much as possible.
We’re always happy to take a closer look in the rare chance that you encounter a product issue with one of your items soon after receiving your order.

While we work extremely hard to ensure that most of our customer favorites are always in stock throughout the year, it’s normal for us to see one or more sizes sell out before others.
You can sign up for a back in stock notification directly on the product page in the size that you’re waiting to purchase, and we’ll share an email as soon as that style and size has been restocked on our site.

Because of the delicate nature of the materials that we use to craft our products, such as organic cotton and merino wool - we highly recommend washing any items on cold and then laying flat to dry.
Short on time? We know what that’s like. In this case - wash cold, and then tumble dry on your dryer's lowest heat setting.
Buying organic cotton socks or clothing goes beyond caring for our environment.
The amount of toxins in children’s clothing is astonishing. Take socks for example, a recent study found 9/10 socks had traces of BPA and Parabens – chemicals that are hormone disruptors and have been linked to variously illnesses.
By buying certified organic, you are purchasing products that have been tested at every stage of the production process to ensure that they are free of all harmful toxins or chemicals.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
Essentially, this is the “gold” standard of organic cotton.

While no one can reasonably claim or guarantee that their products are 100% suitable for babies and kids with eczema, we have a number of customers whose babies and kids suffer from eczema and haven't seen issues or flare ups with our socks.
In fact - our founder, Melita’s son suffered from severe eczema and reactions to certain socks in the market.
This encouraged Melita to create socks that were 100% breathable and with the maximum organic cotton content to avoid moisture being trapped in – the leading cause of foot eczema in babies, kids and adults.
We have had an high success rate amongst our customers with eczema and sensitive skin.
