We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA as well as across Canada with a large majority of our orders being delivered in 2-8 business days from shipping out.
We also ship internationally, with the majority of orders arriving within 5–7 business days.
Flat rate shipping to Canada: C$9.95, usually 2 to 8 business days
Flat rate shipping to USA: US$8.50, usually 2 to 8 business days
Shipping is FREE on orders over US$85/C$95. This refers to Expedited Shipping for Canada Post and First Class USPS for USA. Shipping is 2-8 business days.
We ship to select international countries. Rates vary by country, please select your country to view accurate rates. Shipping is 5-7 business days.
Why can’t we ship “regular” mail, you might wonder?
Because of the nature of our products and packaging (which aren’t always flat) we don't have the options of regular or media mail. (Not to mention: regular mail is also untracked and takes 2 times longer to reach you! And who wants to wait longer for their goodies to arrive?)
“Why do I have to pay for shipping? I’m used to getting free shipping!”
While we offer C$9.95 / USD $8.50 shipping on orders under US$75, it REALLY costs us closer to C$12 on average to ship within North America. We know it sounds crazy — but we pay the difference out of pocket so that we can offer the best flat rate to you!
It’s tough being a small retailer up against the “free shipping movement” of our bigger competitors. But we’re doing our best, and we’re grateful for your understanding. 💙
Shipping Protection is an option that you can choose during checkout. It provides a store credit or replacement items on the off chance that your order is deemed lost, damaged, or stolen.
As long as you've signed up to be a part of our Insider's List, you can add our Mystery Pair item to your cart and then apply the code, FREESOCKS during checkout for any order of $30 USD or more!
We do! We offer Free Standard Shipping in the US for orders of $75+, and within Canada for orders of $95+ CAD.
We also offer free shipping for select international countries. Please select your country for the accurate free shipping threshold.
We do offer expedited shipping options based on where the order is shipping to. You can enter your delivery address during checkout to view any available expedited options.
Since we do offer international shipping to select countries throughout the world, you can see all of our available international shipping options during checkout after entering the delivery address. Duties and taxes are covered on international orders, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.
Our team fulfills orders from Mondays - Fridays apart from major holidays and we place all orders on a 6 hour hold just to account for any updates to the order by the customer prior to shipping.
Once an order has shipped, we’ll share a shipping confirmation along with the tracking details just so that it can be tracked every step of the way.
In most cases, yes!
We’re always happy to add an extra item or change the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped out.

If you’ve received a delivery notification but aren’t able to locate your order, here is some additional information directly from customers who have been able to locate their shipments in the past:
In the event that a delivery driver is unable to deliver a shipment to the door or mailbox, their next step is to leave the package in a safe and secure location. This could be behind a gate or fence, or somewhere on the front or back porch of your mailing address.
We’ll sometimes see where delivery drivers will scan a package as delivered before it actually is. In cases like this, these packages will typically be delivered within 1-3 days of receiving a delivery notification.
If you’re still having trouble locating your order, please reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com so we can start a trace with the carrier.
If your order is being returned to us, the first step is to reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com just to let us know along with your original shipping address so we can confirm it with the carrier.
Once confirmed, we’ll work with our shipping team to reship your order as soon as it’s returned to us.
If it looks like your order could be delayed or lost in transit (a good example of this would be if your tracking number has not been updated in 5 or more business days), please reach out to us at hello@qforquinn.com to let us know.
We’ll start a trace with the carrier just to see if they have any additional information that we can share and work with them directly ensuring that your order is delivered.
Returns & Exchanges

If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue store credit for your first single pair.
To make sure the rest of your order stays eligible for return or exchange, we recommend opening, washing, and trying one pair first before opening the others.

Below are some frequently asked questions about our products.
Underwear
All of our underwear has a double layer of fabric for small accidents but no additional absorbent material. The absorbent layers in some potty training underwear usually use materials that can have harmful chemicals. This is why we suggest the use of cotton underwear like ours even when potty training.

Bras
The reason we don’t include padding in our styles is that most molded or shaped pads are made entirely from synthetic materials. As a brand committed to natural fibres, we intentionally avoid adding plastic-based components wherever possible.
While cotton pads do exist, they don’t hold structure or shape in the same way, and we didn’t feel they would offer the fit and look many customers expect. We are working on developing new products to help with this but haven't found the perfect one yet. That said, we’ve designed most of our bras with an opening so you can insert your own pads if you prefer a bit of extra coverage - giving you the flexibility to wear it with or without padding, depending on your comfort and needs.
Our bras currently go up to D cups. We’re currently developing another style designed specifically for larger cup sizes. Working primarily with natural fibres makes achieving higher levels of structure and support more complex, but it’s something we’re thoughtfully refining. We’re committed to getting it right - and we’re planning to launch this new style in the coming months.
Socks
Our 100% cotton socks are made from 100% cotton fabric. They do include a small amount of polyester in the elastic thread around the cuffs and in the thread at the seams. We have tried to maximize the natural content without losing the functionality of it staying on and breaking at the seams too easily. This fits differently than our other socks due to the lack of elastane in the fabric and will have a looser, slouchier fit - if that won't work for you we recommend our 98% or 97% cotton blends which will provide a more typical closer fit.

Our socks typically have 3 types of weights - lightweight, midweight, and heavyweight
For hot weather and high-energy activities, we’ve found our Lightweight Styles to be a really great fit! These styles provide minimal insulation and are often made from breathable materials just to keep your feet cool throughout the day.
Our Merino wool lightweight socks offer great breathability and moisture-wicking properties - helping to prevent overheating and blisters.
For more moderate activities and slightly cooler weather, we typically recommend any of our Midweight styles. These offer a really great balance of insulation and breathability - making them extremely versatile for different and changing conditions.
Our Midweight merino wool socks provide an excellent blend of comfort and temperature regulation, perfect for just about anything you have planned for your day.
Finally, we’ve designed our Heavyweight styles with cold weather and low-intensity activities like hiking specifically in mind.
These provide the maximum amount of both insulation and cushioning - keeping feet warm and comfortable in even the harshest of conditions.
A great example of this would be our Organic heavyweight socks, offering an exceptional level of comfort and warmth when the weather takes a turn for the worst.
We’ve built our 1st Pair Guarantee to provide new customers with a way to find the perfect fit and size from the very start.
If you receive your order and end up needing another size or style - we’ll create a store credit for the purchase price of one pair of underwear or socks from your order that you can then apply to a future order during checkout.
Unfortunately, due to all of the costs associated with shipping out a single order (we incur multiple fees when shipping out an order along with the actual cost of the shipping label which is typically around 50% of what we currently charge for shipping), we can’t include the cost of shipping when creating a store credit.
Our socks are manufactured in Portugal, our activewear collection is made in Peru and our underwear/bras are made in India.
We’ve searched the world over for the best production partners for our products and have consistently worked with suppliers that are both family-owned and committed to manufacturing products in a sustainable and ethical way.
An overwhelming majority of the materials that we use are locally sourced in their country of origin or in neighboring countries just to minimize our global footprint as much as possible.
We try our best to use as many natural materials as possible while still maintaining durability and product performance. Some of our products use fully cotton thread while other use a cotton/polyester blend. Similarly some of our products are now available with a natural rubber/cotton elastic rather than a polyester/cotton blend elastic. Our elastane containing products use a low-percentage Oeko-Tex certified elastane (certifying that they are free from harmful substances).

While we work extremely hard to ensure that most of our customer favorites are always in stock throughout the year, it’s normal for us to see one or more sizes sell out before others.
You can sign up for a back in stock notification directly on the product page in the size that you’re waiting to purchase, and we’ll share an email as soon as that style and size has been restocked on our site.

Please double check the Materials and Care section to make sure you choose the right product for you. Our products made with natural rubber-cotton elastics are not latex free as natural rubber is considered to be latex.

For durability purposes, many of our products are made with synthetic trims. We try to minimize our use of synthetics where possible and it's important to note that all of our synthetic trims are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to ensure they're free from harmful substances.
Please double check the Materials and Care section to make sure you choose the right product for you. We're happy to provide the synthetic content information if you have a specific product in mind!
Because of the delicate nature of the materials that we use to craft our products, such as organic cotton and merino wool - we highly recommend washing any items on cold and then laying flat to dry.
Short on time? We know what that’s like. In this case - wash cold, and then tumble dry on your dryer's lowest heat setting.
Since some styles will include a small logo on the cuff, we've made sure to include this in any product photography just so it's clear from the product page.
